Ok my budding Mary Berries here's how to bake:
1) Make sure the SRs are fully defrosted in the fridge over night
2) Baking tray out, baking paper on and space your sausage rolls out nicely
3) With a sharp knife cut two diagonal lines ( 2-3cm) across the top of the SRs going through the pastry. Mix egg and brush over the Sausage Rolls lightly.
3) Fan Oven temperature at 200*c, pop them in the center of the oven and bake for around 30 minute mark depending on your oven, make sure they're over 75*c in the center and golden as a goose.
