Cook low and Slow!! We smother our slabs of pork with our in house BBQ seasoning and slow cook for 8 hours. Yup dribble!! Once cooled we put this through our award winning pork mince and Voila our Pulled Pork Star is born!

 

3 Sausage Rolls per pack

We dispatch on Thursday's, please order before Thursday midday for next day delivery. 

  • The Sausage Rolls come in packs of 3 and need to be baked before eaten....... don't be that guy!!  
     

    Ok my budding Mary Berries here's how to bake: 

     1) Make sure the SRs are fully defrosted  

     2) Baking tray out, baking paper on and space your sausage rolls out  

    3) With a sharp knife cut two lines ( 2-3cm) across the top of the SRs going through the pastry. Mix egg and brush over the Sausage Rolls.  

    3) Fan Oven temperature at 200*c,  pop them in the center of the oven and bake for approx 30 mins, make sure they're over 75*c in the center and golden as a goose.
