This is the godfather of our SR family, he's the old school classic, the traditional, no frills attached, straight talking porky Sausage Roll. A crowd pleaser and a taste bud teaser. We take our award winning pork, sprinkle it with our top secret seasoning and wrap it up in our flaky handmade puff pastry.

Ok my budding Mary Berries here's how to bake:
1) Make sure the Sausage Rolls are fully defrosted in the fridge over night
2) Baking tray out, baking paper on and space your sausage rolls out nicely
3) With a sharp knife cut two diagonal lines ( 2-3cm) across the top of the Sausage Rolls going through the pastry. Mix egg and brush over the Sausage Rolls lightly.
3) Fan Oven temperature at 200*c, pop them in the center of the oven and bake for around 30 minutes depending on your oven, make sure they're over 75*c in the center and golden as a goose.
